NOTE:

Future Real (First Conditional)
- this is used to predict future probabilities. The speaker believes the event is likely and a real possibility.

Pattern: If/When [noun] + [simple present tense] + (,) + [noun] + will/can/may + [verb]
Examples:
If I eat breakfast, I will not be hungry later.
If it rains, I will bring my umbrella.

Pattern:  If [noun] + [present progressive tense] + (,) + [noun] + will/can/may + [verb]
OR
If [noun] + [present progressive tense] + (,) + [noun] + [imperative]
Examples:
If he is snoring, you can wake him up.
If he is snoring, wake him up.

Pattern:  If [noun] + [present perfect tense] + (,) + [noun] + will/can/may + [verb]
Examples:
If he has moved into his new flat, we will visit him.
If he has moved into his new flat, visit him.

Pattern: If [noun] + should + [bare infinitive] + (,) + [noun] + will/can/may + [verb]
OR
If [noun] + should + [bare infinitive] + (,) + [noun] + [imperative]
Examples:
If she should win this race, Jenny will congratulate her.
If she should win this race, congratulate her.
