Q. Explain the advantages of renting an apartment.
A.

Renting an apartment is quite a good option.
Because until make a very stable environment as an adult,
there are many chances to move somewhere on one's own or my intention.
But on the financial perspective, the monthly rent seems to be better than the yearly rent.
As I know, the 1 or 2 years yearly rent could be found very easily in Korea, but others are not.
I forgot the importance of short distance on commuting and so on during pandemic,
nowadays i feel a lot, short period contract and light load in home is very important.
