But cheating is effective only quite limited circumstances like memorizing.

If parent is a teacher or professor, they could make their son's grade good.

Cheating in personnel level cause of greed and impatience could be tolerable in morally.

That kind of situations are very unfair, unreasonable and untolerable in morally.
