Q. How well do you handle conflict?
A. (Before)
I think I can handle conflict well.
Because I'm both rational and emotional(but more emotional).
I learned that not fighting is the most good way to win from experience.
So I try to handle conflict with calm, however it is different with case by case.
Wheather the another person in conflict could do communication is also important.
I sometimes make a burst of anger in that case, but I think cool-headedness is more scary than furious,
because being furious could be a expression of affection.
