하지만, 쇼핑몰 홈페이지에서는 이것이 grey 색상이라고 적혀있었는데
실제로 받아보니 아주 연한 오트밀 또는 라이트 그레이 컬러였습니다.
다시 홈페이지를 확인해봐도, 물건을 직접 받기 전에는 이 이슈를 파악할 수 없는 것 같습니다.
제가 다시 환불하기 위해서는 환불을 위한 비용을 지불해야 하는 것으로 알고있는데,
그러한 반품비용이 발생하지 않도록 하여 환불건을 처리해주시기를 요청드립니다.

I knew it was a ordinary grey gray color based on the information written in shopping mall.
but However after took delivery of the product, I knew this one is the light grey gray color.
I checked the homepage once more, but it was close to impossible to know that fact.
Also, to make a refund, I must pay the return fee to return it by the terms and conditions.
Please check this issue and I would like to receive the return/exchange as soon as possible without paying the return fee.
