I want to make a great company, solve the problems and make the world more better.
I have experienced company building once, but i found some deficiency factors. So I'm filling the shortcomings.
If I tried one more time or more, the same problems will happen again, if i didn't fill it.
For example, the good problem to solve is important, but the great team is the first.
I have selected the problem at the adult learning sector (ex. college, recruitment).
But in my think, the problem is not so important now.
Because there are so many connected and complexproblem in the world.
I'll make the great team, and will find the great problem and service to solve.
The reason I do this, the size of the impact that could be spread out is different in personal level and company level.
